This bi-monthly event has been happening now for more than 80 years. It was started in 1943, when the Mayor of the City of St. Cloud, which he was also a Member of the St. Cloud No. 66 IOOF, and started it due to the need for Blood during the midst of World War II, and has been happening ever since. He thought what better way to get people to come out and donate, by offering them a free steak dinner with your donation.
